Pork!
Interested in some local, Non-GMO,
happy/humanely raised pork? Of course you are!
Half a pig is about 100 pounds hanging weight. The total cost will end up
being about $4.50 a pound. But that's for everything! You will get smoked hams,
shoulder roasts, bacon, pork chops, Ribs, sirloin roast, baby back ribs, pork
tenderloin, and sausage! Pork often gets a bad rap but with proper food and
raised on pasture it a much healthier meat and it's my favorite! : ) If it
sounds like too much meat you can always spit it with someone else.
